Georgia General Assembly resolutions on the 45th Anniversary of the Office of the State of Georgia in Japan
On March 1, the Georgia General Assembly presented two resolutions commemorating the 45th Anniversary of the establishment of the Office of the State of Georgia in Japan. The resolutions, adopted by the State Senate and House of Representatives on February 22nd and 20th, respectively, recognize the 45 years of the Office of the State of Georgia in Japan and honor the longstanding friendship between Japan and the State of Georgia.
Consul General Shinozuka voiced his congratulations regarding the Office of the State of Georgia’s 45th year to the State Senate and State House of Representatives at the presentation and expressed his hopes that the friendship between Japan and Georgia will deepen further in the future.
Representatives from the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Georgia, the Japan-America Society of Georgia, and the Seigakuin Atlanta International School were also invited to attend the reading of the resolution at the State House of Representatives along with Consul General Shinozuka.
