Yorozu Automotive Alabama’s New Factory Opening Ceremony (Jasper, AL)

    On March 27, Consul General Shinozuka attended the Opening Ceremony for Yorozu Automotive Alabama’s new factory in Jasper, Alabama. It was a widely celebrated event with the attendance of U.S. House Representative Robert Aderholt, Alabama Secretary of Commerce Greg Canfield, Jasper Mayor David O’Mary, and Alabama State Senator Greg Reed as well as major customers to Yorozu, Yorozu executives and employees including Yorozu Corporation Chairman and CEO Akihito Shito and his wife and Vice Chairman and COO Kazumi Sato.

    Yorozu Corporation’s U.S. subsidiary Yorozu Automotive Alabama (President Toshiyuki Yago), following the steady demand for auto parts in the U.S. is the second establishment of the major maker of automotive suspension products with its first production base in Tennessee.
