Visit to the Aflac Headquarters in Columbus, GA

    On July 11th, Consul General (CG) Kazuo Sunaga visited the headquarters of American Family Life Assurance Company (Aflac) in Columbus, GA to meet with the company’s Chairman, Mr. Daniel P. Amos. Aflac is one of the major U.S. life insurance companies and operates in the U.S. and Japan. While exchanging views on the business and economy in Japan and Georgia, Mr. Amos briefed CG Sunaga on the activities of Aflac, Japan. CG Sunaga expressed his gratitude to Mr. Amos for the generous support extended by Aflac after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami.
