Consul General Shinozuka attends the Board of Councilors Meeting of the Carter Center

    On February 12th, Consul General Shinozuka attended the Board of Councilors Meeting of the Carter Center. During the Meeting, presentations on "River Blindness in the Americas", "Advancing Human Rights for Women and Girls" and "Syria Conflict" were followed by remarks of President Jimmy Carter.
