Consul General Sunaga visits U.S. Congressman Price in Raleigh

    On Wednesday, June 4th, Consul General (CG) Kazuo Sunaga paid a courtesy visit to U.S. Congressman David Price (NC-4) in his Raleigh office. Congressman Price is a member of the newly formed Japan Caucus, which aims to further ties between Japan and America. He and CG Sunaga discussed a wide range of issues including Japan-North Carolina relations, the economy in Japan and the U.S., TPP and the Congressman’s recent visit to Japan this spring. Congressman Price attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Morinaga Mebane facility that was held in Mebane, NC the following day.
