| If you feel that you do note require one
year of preparatory Japanese language instruction before entering university,
you can request "direct placement" at the following
universities. To request direct placement, you must fill the
"annex" form on the application. If you request and obtain
direct placement, the term of your scholarship will only be four year.
Please note that if you obtain direct placement, you cannot later elect to
have preparatory Japanese language instruction.
