On October 2nd, Consul General(CG) Kazuo Sunaga had a brief talk with Governor Nikki R. Haley during their participation in the 25th Anniversary Celebration of the Fuji Film Manufacturing U.S.A. in Greenwood, SC. While discussing the activities of Japanese manufacturing and business in the Palmetto State, the Governor expressed her intent to continue to support existing Japanese companies and to welcome new relocations by Japanese companies. Governor Haley visited Japan last fall to participate in the Japan Southeast U.S. Association annual meeting.
