20th Annual Japanese Language Speech Contest and 6th Japan Academic Challenge

The annual Japanese Language Speech Contest and Academic Challenge was held at Oglethorpe University this year. Once again, individuals delivered their speeches in Japanese as a panel of judges listened, and school teams competed in the Academic Challenge.
The event schedule included not only the various competitions of the day, but also cultural demonstrations, an awards ceremony for the respective winners, and a closing reception.
