Donation of Emergency Supplies from Japan to Alabama
Japan donated 8,000 blankets and 150 plastic sheets to the tornado victims of Alabama. The donation was handed over in Montgomery, Alabama. Consul General Hanatani expressed Japan’s concern and prayers for a quick recovery of the tornado victims and thanked the Americans for what they have done to support Japan. Attorney General Luther Strange gave a response to the Japanese Government’s gift that "this gesture is a sign of the goodwill between our countries." |
