On both days, Consul General also joined his colleagues to introduce Japanese culture to the attendees by dressing yukata on them, and writing names in Japanese using calligraphy, at our cultural booth “Taiken (Experience)”.

Consul General Maeda also hosted a reception within the venue. In addition to exchanging views, reception guests from various fields and Japanese companies enjoyed Hanagasa Ondo performed by the Japanese Folk Dance Institute of New York, and participated in a business exhibition tour, led by Mr. Akiyama, Chief Executive Director of JETRO Atlanta, where some of the Japanese companies based in Georgia showcased their products.
