On August 17th 2023, on the occasion of the Japan-America Society of Alabama (JASA) Board of Directors Meeting, Consul General Maeda awarded "Consul General’s Commendation" to Mr. Brian Hilson for his long time dedication and hard effort as the Executive Director for JASA to promote good relationship between Japan and Alabama.
