By Car
Going North on Georgia 400
Right turn off exit 2, move to far left lane as soon as possible;
Left turn onto Phipps Boulevard followed by an immediate right turn into Phipps Plaza parking. We are located in the glass-covered building that is built into the parking deck (Phipps Tower).
Going South on Georgia 400
Left turn, into the far left lane at Exit 2;
Left turn onto Phipps Boulevard followed by an immediate right turn into Phipps Plaza parking. We are located in the glass-covered building that is built into the parking deck (Phipps Tower).
Going South on I-75
Left turn off exit 255 onto West Paces Ferry Road for approximately 4 miles;
Left turn at intersection with Peachtree Road for approximately 1 mile;
Left turn at the intersection with Lenox Road into far right lane;
Right turn onto Phipps Boulevard followed by an immediate right turn into Phipps Plaza parking. We are located in the glass-covered building that is built into the parking deck (Phipps Tower).
Going South on I-85
Right turn off Exit 88 Lenox Rd. Get into the right-hand lane of Lenox Road after the second lane opens;
Straight through intersection with Peachtree Road;
Right turn onto Phipps Boulevard followed by an immediate right turn into Phipps Plaza parking. We are located in the glass-covered building that is built into the parking deck (Phipps Tower).
Going North on I-75 and I-85
I-85 N (left three lanes at split);
exit 87 to GA 400 N;
Right turn off exit 2, move to far left lane as soon as possible;
Left turn onto Phipps Boulevard followed by an immediate right turn into Phipps Plaza parking. We are located in the glass-covered building that is built into the parking deck (Phipps Tower).
By MARTA Buckhead Station (15 minute walk)
When you come up out of the MARTA station, you will be on Peachtree Road. There are two exits from MARTA, one on the right side of Peachtree Road and one on the left. No matter which exit you take, turn towards the Westin Hotel (a white building). Proceed in this direction, crossing over Lenox Road. Phipps Plaza will be on your left. Enter the Phipps Plaza parking lot and, staying to the left side of the mall exterior, you will see Phipps Tower straight ahead, built into the parking deck.
From MARTA Lenox Station (15 minute walk)
When you come out of the Lenox Station exit, you will be on Lenox Road. Walk north on Lenox Road on the left-hand side (opposite the Lenox Square Mall side). At the intersection with Peachtree Road, cross the street and you will see the Phipps Plaza ahead. Enter the Phipps Plaza parking lot and, staying to the left side of the mall exterior, you will see Phipps Tower straight ahead, built into the parking deck.
Parking
Our office recommends that visitors park in the Office Visitor Parking, located on the top level (Plaza Level) of the parking deck next to Phipps Tower. Located there are 16 parking spaces, which are provided for free for two hours.
Please be advised that all visitors who park in Phipps Tower Parking, marked by a ticketed gate, will be required to pay a parking fee.
